Glen Colwell brings nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry and has spent much of his career helping first responders navigate the financial decisions that come with public service. As Managing Partner of Anew Advisors, he works with firefighters, law enforcement officers, public safety leaders, unions, professional associations, and municipalities to provide financial education, strengthen employee and member benefits, and develop practical strategies for retirement, investments, pensions, and long-term financial security. Glen also works with municipal finance and human resources leaders to evaluate, strengthen, and modernize benefit programs. His approach is grounded in education, trust, and a clear understanding of the financial realities facing first responders and the organizations that serve them.
